This is a place for me to tell my stories, share what I’m doing next, and write in longer form than I find myself writing on social media these days. Instagram will still be a great place to see my view of daily life and the beach, but if you’re into more of what my world is like and how I process it, then you are in the right place. Topics that I write about are creativity, writing, mental health, blended family dynamics, business, art, and healing from trauma. Quite the variety.
A Little About Me.
I am a writer, photographer (shooting mostly for myself these days), and musician (in my dreams) from South Louisiana. My husband Matt and I co-own and operate a boutique guitar pedal business, 1981 Inventions and I own a film photography business, City + Sea. Matt is also in a band he started with his best friend in the 90’s. We moved from East Nashville to Seagrove Beach on Florida’s scenic highway 30A in 2021. While we’ve realized the political climate here isn’t exactly our jam, the beach here is a dream. If any of you cool kids want to relocate, we could use more like minded local friends.
